I recieved a letter that is confirmation of vehicle insurance on the 8 June via mail. The letter was dated 16May 2013 . I was shocked to find out that Absa gave me insurance without my permission and they had already deducted money from my account without my permission for two months ...? on Monday when i got to the office on the 10 th June i was informed to forward proof of my current insurance to which i did . i was informed that i will recve my money within5-7days and i have not recieved anything today being the 21st June, i made a call today and the agent tels me that my claim was sent for processsing on the 18th so it will take a further 5-7days to get my money then... i am utterly discussed at the fact that their processes and agents are as bad as the then not even replying to an email i sent to them . this is the worst service i ever recved ant i work within a servce environment. They do not car... i have been placed on hold for the past 40mins as there is is no teamleader /manager on the floor to assist me
