I am a new ABSA customer and the above number (Call centre) is either gone, burnt down or just inefficient at best. Can someone please contact me with an urgent query. If I am not available please leave a voicemail.
I am also an FNB client and the difference in answering time of call centers are worlds apart, galaxies apart.
After my query is resolved I am moving my policy to FNB anyhow.
