Shocking service from ABSA

I am an Absa Private bank client and had a simple query to resolve. After being told to contcat call centre for AVAF and get transferred around in circles for hours. Terrible attitude from staff that clearly dont know their jobs.

I will be moving my entire account fronm Absa
