I have a query concerning the personal loans I have taken up with your bank, I was helped by a consultant named George from the Menlyn branch in Pretoria and he never explained to me the proper terms and conditions. I have been paying instalments and my credit doesn't seem to be going down until I called the customer centre and a lady explained everything to me. I am shocked at how much interest I am paying and I simply cannot afford it. I thought you check our credit scores and if we can afford the loans. Can someone kindly get back to me as I honestly cannot afford it.
