I was never told of any changes made with the arrangement I made with Standard Bank blue bean credit card sector, to settle the amount of R13470.00 in a monthly installment of R540.00. this arramgement was made telephonically on the 27th June2013 with Matilda Nkambule one of your consultant at legal department, to my surprised on Saturday the 29th June 2013 (16.38 pm) an amount of R13470.00 was deducted from my account standard bank access account . and no one called me to tell me why it was deducted, untill i went to the nearest branch at Menlyn Pretoria, and I was told I would be called within 3 working days from the 29th June 2013... till today I havent received any respond from the bank... I STILL NEED AN EXPLANATION Because arrangement and agreement were made...
