My younger brother George Malepeng of TUT student number 212078840 was approved for NSFAS bursary loan in April and He was requested to make an appointment for submission of required documents together with signing of contract. He then made an online appointment for the 18th of June which was the available date, He went there on the 18 and he was told that the appointment thing is not going to work, everyone who is approved must just wait on a queue for assistance. He waited on a queue but he could not be assisted because the queue was cut at 16h00, He was told to come back the following day, He went and was given a contract form to fill in which He brought home for guardian signature. the following day (Thursday the 20th) He stood another long queue for submission and when he got there He was return because of alteration on the cell-phone field (see attached) circled in red pen. He was turned back by the man by the name of TEBOGO and told to start everything from scratch. My point is why couldnt he let him sign next to alteration or give another form on spot to fill in.
