Non Service Delivery/ No Response Feedback

On the 9Mar 13 I went to MTN the Glen branch to sign up for a 2yr contract for the internet data package. I went in on 11Mar with all the necessary documents required. I stood in the queue for over an hour before Melvin attended to me. Melvin then advised me that the system was down & he would phone me when the system was up & running. This did not happen. I went back on the 12Mar & stood in the queue for another hour & Mpho attended to me. I was handed a 19 page application form to complete and sign. Some of the pages were blank but I was told to sign the blank pages. Mpho advised me that he would phone me once my application form was approved. I went in on the 14Mar only to be told that they could not give me the sim card due to some computer problem. I went back on the 15Mar & was advised that Mpho had already gone home. Whilst I was standing in the queue Mpho walked in the store to collect his cell phone. I then cancelled my contract. I then eventually managed to get hold of Karabo Malupe & as arranged I email him on the 20 Mar my application form. He only responded 2Apr. He phoned on 2Apr & suppose to phone again 3 Apr to make arrangements to meet. I am still waiting
