What a miserable experience with a company. I got this 8-TA cellphone contact 2 years ago. I was promised R800 worth of music vouchers. I never got that. The phone was a pathetic little thing that I never could use. It never had signal. So I couldn't get out of the contract without being penalized and decided to just get the 2 year contract over with. Now it is over but they are still deducting money from my account. I drove 20 minutes to a 8-TA shop in order to get this depleted contract cancelled, waited for 30 minute in a very short queue, just to be told that I had to fill in a very long form, which they could not print for me, because their systems were down. That is truly pathetic. So now I had to drive back. Need to fill in a lengthy form for something that I never used, never benefited me in any way, just to drive back and to wait forever in a very short queue. I must say that I am so frustrated now, I can probable eat my own shoe. I want my money back and I want to get rid of this frustration in my life. Now today. Please everybody, never ever get involve with 8-TA. It will save you plenty of trouble.
