Obstreperous and arrogant Refilwe Mogoe repeats herself like a parrot and won't accept what you try explain to her. When u get thru; no one is a available and don't provide their contact numbers, or out of office replies on emails received instead. Left hanging for over 20 minutes. Supervisor does not call back. Wesbank are definitely bigger than the customer.
