I am beyond upset with FNB and Santa for recommending we take our vehicle to DENTTECH to be repaired, they have done a shoddy job my car is worse off since being to them my car went in for a mirror to be replaced, they replaced it with a different mirror to the one that is currently on my car, they have not repaired the passage door handle and cannot even give me a lead time on when this will be done! They destroyed my dashboard then have the check to tell me its sun damage! My window motor now for the left side of my car no longer works and I noticed my drivers mirror is now chipped! My battery was absolutely dead when they gave it back to me but lucky for me their are companies like Battery Centre who are their to help their customers without even batting an eyelash, I went back to Dent tech but Shaun the manager who was dealing with my car was arrogant and told me that it was not their fault and I should contact my insurance and put in another claim! I have only had my car back 6 days and they promise service after delivery but give the customer nothing! I would have been better off taking my car to a back yard panelbeater! I cannot express my diss appointment enough!
