I'm submitting this on behalf of my mother. She has been trying to contact Regent about a policy she's had with you for a while now. When she calls the telephone number she was given, it goes through to a company that has nothing to with Insurance. She has questions about her policy and all she wants is a call back. At this point, she's panicking what will happen at claim stage if it is already a mission to discuss her policy with you.
