Absa keeps on deducting money on the wrong date

I have asking absa to do the below but I always get the run around and have to call different numbers, can ths be sorted already, am tired of getting call saying that my account is on overdraft or that my amount has bounce back

Please be advised that I asked for my debit order to be changed from the 20th to the 31
st or last day of the month already as my salary date changed since from November,
