My Car worse off than before it went for Repairs!

My ordeal started on the 20th of May '13, when my car had been booked to go to Proline Panelbeaters for Hail Damage, last year October. I waited till May when they said it would take 2-3 weeks, which was fine, because I had my rental car from Miway for 3 weeks. Not once did Roxanna update me, I had to phone her for updates. In the 3rd week, I spoke to her on the Tuesday, saying that I would have my car back on the Friday as it was in the paint preparation department. My rental car had to be returned on the Sunday morning. On Friday I phoned again, she said that my car would only go into the pain department then & that I would only get my car the following week. I got my car the next Wednesday. There are still dents in the roof and they have also my wiring which causes a short and the fuse for my dashboard to keep blowing. I also noticed wind coming in from a replaced windscreen, turns out that part of the cowling panel got broken off. I informed MiWay & will take my car back on Monday. However, neither MiWay nor Proline will provide a courtesy car. This is unacceptable service and I would not recommend for anyone to go there.
