Mi way has chosen pro line to repair my car after a hijack. What a disaster company this is. The car has been parked there for a while and authorisations was delayed from Miway. Finally authorisations have gone through and it takes a week and bit for a new lock system and a windscreen to be fitted. When I called in on the Monday they advised it has been ordered, on Tuesday they call me asking me for the spare keys, On Wednesday they advised they had no authorisation for the windscreen why not check on these things and advise. So i called Miway and it was sorted glass fit arranged everything the same day, brilliant service from Glasfit. On Thursday I call, they give me another excuse that the parts are delayed and they will call back and maybe the car will be ready, this was from the manager Mary Jane. I am quiet desperate for my car and they have now advised that I will only be receiving my car on Tuesday when they are done recoding the locks. A waste of a week with this company. Miway should look at using another supplier. I am most annoyed being pushed from pillar to post and Proline has delayed the delivery of my new vehicle. Frustrating.
