Insurance Claim

I had a burst geyser on my premises, i contacted my insurance company, Auto and General and spoke to Marionette from the claims department at Durban. She was very comforting and assured me that everything will be sorted out.

i had then received a call from a company called Tyson procurement & support cc who came to my home and submitted a report.

and finally a different company trading as 24Fix had then came and replaced my geyser and i am now negotiating for a time for them to repair the damages caused by the burst geyser.

all of the above was accomplished within 24hours and i would like to say thank you to all involved
