Hi there, I would like to take this time and thank Auto and General, in particular Daron Theunis, for the effort that was put into my claim. From the time that he started phoning me, it was a joyous experience all the way. Not only the way that he made me feel at ease, but the way he speeded things up. He knew that I wanted my replacement phone before the weekend. And it was a not easy, but he saw to it that I had my in my hands before I went home on Friday.
He really did his utmost to please me.
Being in a corporate sales environment myself, I must say that any company would benefit from having him as an employee.
