Short version, I had to put an claim through with my insurance, as I was literally days from delivering my second daughter I was on a very very short time scale! Daron Theunis from auto and general literally took over and worked miricles, its such a change in our country finding someone with great telephone manner and such a friendly way about him! He really went over and above the level of service I expected, and believe me I'm not a easy customer I expect a good to excellent level of service from all industries! I feel that if more companies had staff like Daron that maybe the country's retail/sales recession would not be so bad! Definately someone to look out for being head hunted, as his after sales service and manner while helping me was leveling someone with extreme experience and passion for getting the job done!
