First National Bank
FNB Credit Card

I have a problem with my FNB Credit Card. This credit card was blocked by FNB and I paid my credit card monthly. I encounter a problem were I was retrenched at my work place. I contacted FNB and they said I can start paying my FNB Credit Card as soon as I got work. In the mean while I changed banks ect. Now after - 8 or 9 years when I opened a account with FNB again then FNB start to deduct money from my account without informing me. I phoned the call centre several times just to get the phone put down in my ear and I do not even speek about the RUDENESS one get's. Now according to the law According to the South African Act 69 of 1969 states: Hence, a creditor who is owed money, or a person who has a legal claim of any other kind, should be acutely aware of the point in time at which prescription started running and should be sure to serve a summons on the debtor before the prescriptive period - usually three years - has gone by. If the creditor fails to do so, then the debt or other claim is extinguished and he forfeits forever the right to compel payment. I DEMAND my premuim for last month of R 770.00 that was deducted and a letter that it is closed
