Unacceptable service

On the 04/06/2013 I applied for a Flexi Option on my Homeloan via the FNB homeloan contact centre, the person I dealt with was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed in order for a successful applcation, he mentioned that I do qualify for a Flexi option and sent me the required application forms, the next day I completed the application and sent off to them only to find out that my credit score on they system reflected that I was a high risk client. I immediatly had that sorted out with the relevant department and sent them the require documents which proved that all my previous credit was paid up and settled in full by myself. They then confirmed to me via email on the 10/06/2013 that my credit rating would be changed back to normal and that I would be able to proceed with my application. I then emailed the homeloan department on the 11/06/2013 and lets just say, what a nightmare of an experience. This is by far the worst experience that I have ever faced from any company let alone a bank, I must just add that while there are people that have tried their best I'm afraid that their support departments have seriously let them down. I wish I had more space...
