Do you need to wait forever to get pension money

Last week and thuesday when my husbond phone about the pay out of his pension fund they told him it will be paid by thuesday wich was yesturday, we phone since yesturday and today the told me to wait until the end of the month!!! I mean they got there money ons time and its time to give his. They can't give a date it will be paid out or nothing. We need the money like yesturday the don't send emails or phone we need tot nag them for feedback and they don't give feedback. All we want is our money that's all.
