Cancellation Policy

I had booked a place for me & my Fiance at the Lodge for our honeymoon & was really looking forward to our stay in late October, I paid in my deposit on the 27th Feb 2013 & received my confirmation but no information on the cancellation policy. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the wedding was called off & I informed Rob of the cancellation 2 weeks after I have made a reservation which was 7 months before the reservation date, by the 3rd week I had still had no feedback & telephoned them directly, only then did I receive the cancellation policy. I only received my refund the 1st week in May & only received 50% of what I paid. When I inquired he informed me that it was their policy to only pay back 50%, there was no clause about the length of time before the booking, however he said he would approach management. I called him again a few weeks later & he informed me that the manager had agreed to refund me but that I should call at the end of the month.

This went on & on every month I called I was informed that it would be the following month. His final email said that I should receive my refund end November, I am still waiting.
