Mluleki in Cape Town. On the 20th of August I realized that my account was debited twice for each of the two policies that I currently have with 1Life. The debits were supposed to be carried out on the 1st of August but due to unforeseen circumstances that did not happen. I called 1Life requesting clarity on the double debit. I received professional and friendly help from a consultant (Nkuli), who ensured that I understand why there was a double debit in the first place.
Most of the information is not communicated when one buys a policy. Therefore, one needs many more outgoing consultants like Nkuli, who will go that extra mile in ensuring that you have a full understanding of the terms and conditions of the policy.
