Eceived a call and therafter they debited my bank

I received a call from a consultant of surefinance asking me if im interested in a loan, when i received the call i told the consultant that i am busy and should call some other time, a week or two later my bank account was debited for R290.00 for what i dont know.
i want my money back as i did not ask you to debit my account.
