I went into FNB Woodmead to buy and load Euros onto a cash passport card only to find out that that branch does not do foreign exchange, I proceeded to FNB Chilli lane in Sunninghill; second small branch that does not handle Forex, i was told to go to FNB Rivonia which i did, waited in the queue and I was informed that they are out of stock of Euro cash passports and will not be receiving any cards until next week. Sandton is also out of stock! I have tried to apply online for the card to be delivered to my nearest brand as recommended by the teller at Rivonia branch, which is not possible as customers can only apply in a branch, email or call. I tried calling and office hours apply.
I have been highly inconvenienced as I have wasted petrol and time.
