Promised to remove my name from ITC

I have been in the ITC bad names for 3years owing ABSA the amount of R20 000 which I have been able to settle with them on the 3rd of June, but to my suprise my name and the amount are still on ITC.I want clarity as promised by their lawyers that if I pay a settlement amount my name will be removed from ITC but nobody even bothered to call me or update me about such.
