WE HAD A CLAIM AT OUR PREMISES REGISTERED ON 03-06-2013 WITH OUTSURANCE, THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CAME IN ON THE 03-06 AND SEIZED THE STOCK WHICH WAS DAMAGED AND INSTRUCTED US TO DISPOSE OF THE STOCK.
THE ASSESOR ONLY CAME IN ON 06-06 AND HAS COME WITH HIS TECHNICIANS. THEY CONFIRMED THAT ALL IS WELL AND THE UNIT IS TOTALLY DAMAGED AND HAS TO BE REPLACED AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT MY FRIDGE TECHNICIAN CONFIRMED IN HIS REPORT.
NOW OUTSURANCE/SIAS IS LOOKING FOR TECHNICALLITYS AND GIVING US TREMENDOUS STRESS AS WE ARE AT A STANSTILL IN OUR BUSINESS AND THEY ARE JUST DELAYING. I HAVE SENT OVER 5 EMAILS FOR THEM TO CONFIRM AN APPROXIMATE TIME TO FINALISE THE CLAIM SO I MAY INFORM MY CLIENTS THEY DONT RESPOND. WHEN THEY INSURED US THEY CAME OVER AN INSPECTED THE PLACE AND REQUIRED ONLY TWO THINGS I.E ROOF OPAASIVE AND FRIDGE PROBE WHICH WAS DONE AND THEY GLADLY TOOK OUR PREMIUMS NOW WHEN WE HAVE AN ISSUE THEY ARE ACTUALLY CAUSING MORE LOSS TO OUR BUSINESS BY THIER GAMES.
THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS THERE IS A LEGITAMATE CLAIM AND THEY ARE ASSISTINS US YET CAUSING MORE LOSS TO US. THEY CLAIM TO OFFER GREAT SERVICE YET THEY ARE MISLEADING THE PUBLIC.
