My vehicle was towed by Emerald Auto Body from an accident scene in Desember. Before they towed it I got permission from my insurance with a refernce number and the amount for towing agreed was R1880.00 excl. When they opened in January after the festive season I asked them for a quote on repairs - R51000.00
I also asked Multispray next door to give me a quote - R81000.00.At this stage I got suspicious and contacted my insurance. When Emerald Auto Body realised that they will not do the repairs they changed the towing fee and an amout of R10000.00 had to be paid to them to get the vehicle back.
The vehicle was repaired by VANCOR in Klerksdorp for R33000.00
Another vehicle was previously repaired by Multispray which I had to take back and the vehicle was never the same again. I searched the vehicle that was repaired by VANCOR for any defects but could not find anything.
WHAT A PERFECT JOB!!!
