I met an accident on 24 November 2013 at 19h15. my vehicle had been towed by Durban South Towing. My vehicle had been towed to my premises until I could get into contact with the insurance call centre to get my vehicle approved for towing. insurance has paid the tow truck company and now is claiming from me. the reference number that was given to me over the phone, when asked about it today I was told that wasn't the reference number given and no approval was given. I'm very upset and angry cause I took insurance so this wont happen but now someone is trying to me into paying for something my insurance company Is suppose to have paid and taken care off.
