On behalf of company vehicle - the driver phoned the insurance appointed towing company and A1 arrived, they assured him that they were from OUR INSURANCE COMPANY - which they were most definitely NOT! They then towed the vehicle, and when our insurance company tried to trace it and get it back, they demanded over
R 5000 in fees (all in the same morning). They also subsequently various fixed items from the vehicle - the spare tyre they put in place of ours is the most ridiculous piece of rubbish you have ever seen! Completely rude, arrogant and and and! And according to our insurance company, there are many law suits currently against them for towing / storing / not releasing vehicles under false pretenses.
