Mr. Fiazal Weels was an angel in disguise

Warm greetings from Scotland,
When I give thanks for my blessings at night I give thanks twice for Mr. Faizal Weels
The first time I spoke to Mr. Weels was on 29th May 2013
I feel linguistically challenged having only two words to express the
deep emotion of appreciation I felt after I spoke to Faizal He was an angel in disguise his kindness was to became the wind beneath my wings as this journey to redeem This policy had been riddled with stumbling blocks, clouds of anxiety had showered me with fear not knowing who to turn to I was privileged when put through to Mr. Weels The action Faizal took that day helped me to soar when all I wanted to do was crawl. His practical help has seared an image into my brain of caring, He went out of his way to move this process on when it had become stalled
Thank you seems superfluous. However Thank you will just have to suffice until I improve my lexical skills
