When will I receive prize money won on 2/8/2013

I won R1500 cash on 2 Aug 2013 on the Workzone Show. Stephen contacted me on 7 Aug to obtain my details. I sent bank statement and ID to him on the same day. On 17 October I contacted Stephen since I have not received my prize money. He told me that he send me a mail, which I did not receive, to tell me there was something wrong with the 1st bank statement I sent. The next day I resend another bank statement. Stephen then responded on 18 October and said the payment will be processed in the next week. I still haven't received payment. I try to phone the Radio Station several times this morning, but the phone is just ringing. It is now almost 3 months since I have won and my patience is running out. I don't know whether the delay is with Stephen or their finance department, but I will appreciate it if they can sort this out.
