My Samsung S3 died after 4 months. I sent it with Cell C to the Samsung repair centre. I handed in a BLUE phone and was told to keep the back cover of my phone (also blue) and the battery.
I then waited (and waited and waited) and finally they said my phone was ready. The phone was obviously irreparable so they gave me a new one which was nice of them but the problem is they tried to give me a WHITE phone that had no back.
What am I meant to do with a WHITE phone and a BLUE back cover? Told Cell C to send it back and to ask them to send me a blue one. That was 2 weeks ago.
How long does it take to send the white one back and send Cell C a blue one?
I have now been without my phone for so long I actually can't remember, even though I am still paying for it every month. This is unacceptable - I'm a few days away from saying keep your awful phone and I will go buy something, anything else!!!
Don't know if this is Cell C passing the buck but I just can't believe the all round incompetence...
