Got phone back but no compensation for my expenses

Firstly i would like to thank those who finally helped me get my phone back. Finally!!!

Received phone on monday as promised well done!!! but have not heard anything about compensation, for fnb has kept phone fo 2 months messed up the insurance so after 2 months got a phone back that not repaired.

Had to buy a new phone because i took so long just to send broken phone back to me, so now i stuck paying for 2 phones and still has to repair the one i got back.

How is that fair? someone needs to step up take responsibility for messing up. i am definately not going to carry the costs for it was not my fault at all.

Will keep posting complaints untill someone takes responsibility and compensates me for my expenses.

Its only fair if you look at all the previous complaints, what i had to go through.

Assistance will be appreciated lets get this matter resolved as it has been going on for long enough now.
