Efuses to repair phone, im paying for insurance??

My Samsung galaxy got damaged, I had to beg the claims department for a month!!! to pick up my phone to repair it since I do have device insurance. The people at the device insurance department are very rude unprofessional, and never call you back. after 3 days of having my phone they call me to say that they cant fix it because I do not have smart phone??? only a laptop??? so what am I being charged for then if its not for a phone??? but every time I called they said everything is fine never once did they mention I problem with the policy, so why now??? I am stuck without my phone so what happens now you people are wasting my time please fix this matter I WANT MY PHONE!!! HELLO should I come and perhaps do their job for them because it is obviously to complicated for them. I think its time I change bank because I cant stand bad service at all!!!
