I have been paying my Debit order for a Hospital Cash Plan through AIG from 30/04/2013. When the sales person sold me the policy I was promised to receive all my details aka contract within the month. As of yet I have received nothing from AIG, even after phoning them and being promised that my policy will be mailed to me within 24 hours... that was a month ago... And still nothing!!! This is unacceptable. They are very quick to deduct their Debit order but don't give a after that!
After this I have emailed my complained AGAIN and received a reply to send my ID nr :
