I am having acount with ned bank mfc and on tuesday last, I made a call t find out about deposit for my car and adrian consultant advised me to pay r12000 to reduced instalment and on thurday the same week send me, new instalment and I was not happy and I request a refund and I even send email to web side and on 21 june spoke to tahir supervisor and she put me on hold till the call wrap up and no respond till today and still waiting for my refund
