I still havent recieved my money

I have been waiting for the payment of the amount stated below since the 15th November 2013. I sent an email to Christine Gordon for being debited for no reason after cancelling a policy that did not belong to me and getting debited again for it. This was the response I got from Christine Gordon on the 15th November Good day

The unpaid fee of R65.00 plus R8.00 debit order service fee will be reimbursed to your account.

We apologise for all the inconvenience caused.

We processed an amount of R73.00 on 15/11/2013. Please advise if this has not been credited to your bank account and we will take it up with the billing department.
