As the chairperson of a Sectional Title Body Corporate (for Warwick Court) I need a statement for a money market account that was opened for the body corporate in order for the auditor to finalise the audit and hold an AGM. Unfortunately I am not a signatory as the account was opened ages ago and the trustees at the time have sold their units. I have tried the call centre (biz) who could not help and directed me to a branch. I spent nearly 45mins at the Blackheath branch and spoke to 2 people who could not assist, until Katlego, a supervisor promised to investigate and get back to me the same day. That was last Wednesday and I have not heard anything since. That is pretty poor service and I am disappointed. You are not moving my banking forward. In fact, it's pretty stationary.
