NO SERVICE

If been trying to get hold of anybody that works at FNB regarding my credit card. If been calling and emailing for weeks now and nobody can assist me. Call centre keep on saying they'll call me back or email me back but nobody bothers to assist me. If been waiting for a credit card intrest review and nobody can tell me what's going on with my acc. The service is terrable!!!
