DISSATISFIED WITH THE POOR SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED

Good day Sir/ madam

I am a FNB Law on Call subscriber.

I recently had a squabble with my Body corporate (Jirah Body Corporate) over an amount I have been charged. This matter could not be resolved amicably between me and the Body Corporate, which resulted in the body corporate approaching their lawyers and I have been issued with a court summons.

I then requested FNB Law on Call subscriber to assist me in defending myself as I have a very strong case.

However Mr Egine Mathebula and his team leader have rejected to assist me further, on basis that I am liable for work done on my property whether I give consent or not whether I am aware of that work or not.

I have sought legal advice of 2 different legal experts and they share my believe that I do have a case to defend in court.

Now Mr Mathebula tells me that whether on not I have a winnable case in court, should I defend myself successfully they will not cover my legal fees...

I FEEL SO CONNED!

Please assist.
