What a pleasant surprise

I recently had the daunting task of opening a Body Corporate account. The internet reviews/advice did nothing to help ease the pain and anxiety.
I made a call to FNB Kloof, as I do all my personal banking with them and was put onto Sherri.
From the start she was friendly, helpful and really went out of her way to assist and accommodate myself and the trustees to open this account.
You can tell she is a busy lady, but she always had time to help and get our things done.
I must really say that she made the process painless and actually quite pleasant, with her bubbly personality, amazing efficiency and knowledge.
On my last visit she even helped sort out some long overdue personal banking changes while we were waiting for the Body Corporate account to be setup.
Forget STEVE, we have Sherri :)
