Does ABSA really care about its clients

Since February I have been trying to transfer signatures on a Body Corporate account. In the beginning I dealt with Mr. Swarts who was extremely inefficient and unprofessional with regard to responding to queries. In addition as specific office or personnel numbers are not available I had difficulty contacting him and when you go through the call centre there is often no response from the Business Enterprise section. In April after numerous emails to him Mr Swarts responded that the signatures could not be transferred as the Body Corporate could not be FICAed as the City Council bill was address to Richmond Court c/o Janeen de Klerk. (myself). His communication implied this was the only issue. I found this to be a highly unsatisfactory response as the c/o is necessary for the bill to be sent to me in my capacity as Chairperson. On 18th April I spoke to a Ms Niewoudt and expressed my dissatisfaction with Mr Swarts and asked for proof that the bill being addressed c/o meant an account for a Body Corporate could not be FICAed. She promised to send me documentation needless to say I have not received ANY further communication from her. I called today and was told I will receive feedback
