Enquiry on absa card

To whom it may concern,

An enquiry was made on my credit report dated 17/12/2013 by ABSA CARD ABSA BANK LTD using the wrong personal information, home address and employment information. I received a notification from transunion that an enquiry was made on my account.

I request absa to investigate the issue urgently, I have stopped my credit card just as a precaution. I have opened a case with the ABSA department case number 1040244.
