It's sad to think that this is the only way to get a response from a bank these days.

I've been trying to get Nedbank to email my Insurance Schedules to me for the past month. First time I tried they asked me to wait 72 hours before the email would be sent but nothing happened. Second time I tried, they could n't locate my Insurance policies. I'm paying for two policies every month and all I need is the schedules that wasn't mailed to me either.
