I applied online for UCount. Tried to find the rules? Confusion, at best. ATM add states " Get 10% on all your groceries" No explination. Online 20% of monthly spent and capped at R5000 per year? In Branch confusion! Bottom line: This is the biggest ever from any bank! SBSA should be ashamed of this bad publicity! Mission Impossible: Try and get to Tier 4! 950 points available and you need 701! Buffer 200 points. Laughing matter: You need to spend R667 000 on the 1, 5% side to earn the additional R10 000! Was this product created for the super elite? 20% of monthly groceries = R200 on R10 000 spent! Where does ATM promise come in? All in all, not even Tom Cruise can achieve this one. Now it is time for me to say GOOD BYE "BEEP BANK" HELLO FNB FOR REAL REWARDS!!! STOP WASTING MY TIME SBSA!!!
Today I asked consultant: Conrad Craig A110313 at Constantia branch if I need to go to info to change EMAIL MARKETING, and he replies that he can do it. He then ask me if I realy want to change it? I just asked him to change it? 100 points. I complained to his superior ref nr:53704682. I have been with SBSA for 25 years!!! Please: TAKE ME FORWARD TO FNB. Very upset!
