I was to be repaid within the first week of May 2013 due to a misunderstanding about an order (I was under the impression that I ordered something to which they sent me a voucher; and they decided to deduct a much higher amount for a product I did not want). The problem was addressed quickly and repayment promised; but it is still not paid; and according to correspondence received today; I will need to wait until the 8th of June to see if they managed to refund me (If not; then they will probably ask that I should wait another month).
