On the 11th of December the roof of our house was badly damaged during a hectic hailstorm. It was reported to SA Home loans insurance. Well it's now one month later and the roof still has not been repaired. This lead to my pressed ceilings also being damaged now... And the cherry on the cake I' m starting so suffer other damaged to my carpets, furniture and electric equipment as is now leaking thorough the ceilings everywhere. Their excuse " we are so sorry" really and what would they say if I miss a payment...
