I just want to know if you can give me some advise if possible with regards to the following scenario. Me and my brother owns unbonded property 50/50. He wants to sell his half, but I don't want to sell my half. I would then have to buy over his half which I don't know how since im studying full time postgrad and thus don't have a fulltime job. I do however get rent income and my husband is an accountant and can help me with the repayments. what can I do with regards to the matter???
