My wife opened an account with standard bank last week and she cant access her cellphone banking. We called tbe call centre the whole week last week and noone managed to assist. We then went to the branch but still noone was had an idea how it can be do e... we then were asked to call the call centre from the branch but which we did but still she cant access... when we asked the lady who was at reception there at the branch, she even told us thayif we are not happy we should close the account... Am so not happy about this and need yhis issue addressed asap.
