Poor Service, Marketing gimmick, false advertising

I have ordered the electronic voucher FOUR times, the voucher NEVER gets delivered to my phone. Whenever I call them, the problem is "logged" but they never even come back to me to let me know how it will be rectified. Poor service, eBucks is a marketing gimmick!
